- Ed is the most honest repairman I've ever meet I called him out for my washing machine, the lid lock broke and the spin cycle wasn't spinning out.He came out and changed lock and recalibrated machine for me,the next day the machine started acting up,turned out the computer board was going out also,but I didn't want to spend that much on older machine.Ed came back and pulled his lock switch off and didn't charge me anything and gave me my check back from the day before. - Ed came out and diagnosed the problem quickly on our dryer. Even fixed a small problem on our washer. My brother in law has cancer and is sick. (But, still wants to be involved). Ed was patient and explained everthing to him. I can not say enough about our experience and the great job he did. Price was totally reasonable. - Ed was great. He gave me an estimate to repair my dryer that was just a little cheaper than buyer a new one. He didn’t try to take my money but instead advised me to just buy another one. I appreciated his honesty. This is the 2nd time I’ve called him. The first was for my refrigerator. One repair service told me the condenser was out and I should just replace it. I got Es to look at it and he repaired the heating element on the freezer side costing me less than $200. Huge savings! Instead of accepting a job to potentially earn money for repairs, he suggested I replace the unit as it would be same expense as repair. Call Ed up about 9:30am he was with another customer, as soon as he was done we talked again. He fitted me tween calls. Was fast, courteous, and professional.
